We started our journey to six sigma in March 2001. Today Six Sigma is defining how we work and has set the stages for making our customer feel Six Sigma.

We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified company from BSI India Private Limited. Compliance against ISO 9001:2000 is done ever month by our internal auditors through Process study & Gap analysis. We have also been successful in attaining ISO 27001:2005  for Information Security Management System.

In Thomson Digital,  Kaizen is a wind; which focus from doorman to top management.  Kaizen helps us to bring slow and steady improvement in the performance with minimum disruption in the organization. It builds a culture of cooperation and positive thinking. We have Kaizen groups with advanced tools and techniques used in implementation of kaizen. Here PDCA cycle, 7 statistical tools, Quality circle, suggestion for improvement, Customer Satisfaction Matrix and TPI are used. We have a strong foundation of Kaizen, Quality circles, SQC, 5-S and we organize seminars to reward and recognize the best performers, groups or individuals periodically.
