kaizen. Here PDCA cycle, 7 statistical tools, Quality circle,
suggestion for improvement, Customer Satisfaction Matrix and
TPI are used. We have a strong foundation of Kaizen, Quality
circles, SQC,
5-S and we organize seminars to reward and recognize the best
performers, groups or individuals periodically.

world-class quality and performance in all areas. Our trained
Black Belts and Green Belts ensure quality improvement through
Six Sigma practices.
