As a pioneering effort in the industry we have established Thomson Digital school with an objective to impart professional education through classroom and on-the-job training.

Thomson Digital training center was established in the year 2004 with an objective to augment human resource for the organization through value addition to the potential students by making them acquainted with the know how of digital publishing process in the entirety.

The training is supplemented with the latest technologies like InDesign, Graphics-training etc.

   Training Schemes:

Potential graduates are given an extensible 2 years training with the exposure to the latest technologies in the field of digital publishing. The students are provided with a stipend during first and second years of their training.

 

On successful completion of the training, students are inducted into junior management staff cadre of employment with the organization. Emphasis is laid on technical as well as behavioral skills during the training to groom students into potential managers/leaders in the organization.


The 2004 batch of the training school is presently undergoing a training on the latest pagination platform in InDesign /QuarkXPress and shall be in a position to contribute towards book publishing very soon on a large scale.
